Our Pilates Reformer sessions are designed to help you achieve a lean, flexible and healthy body. The Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of exercise equipment which uses spring-loaded resistance to help you engage your muscles more effectively. We believe that Pilates Reformer is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and improve your overall health. The spring tension is variable to build core strength and overall strength, improve flexibility and increase your overall endurance. We can even throw a dash of cardio into the mix if you want!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on using your own body weight to build strength and flexibility. By following precise movements and controlled breathing patterns, you will be able to build up your core strength, improve your posture, and increase your overall flexibility. Plus, the controlled movements and breathwork can help to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Great for beginners and advanced clients alike. We can dial up or down on the intensity and can include cardio elements if desired.

Barre is a low/medium- impact exercise that strengthens and tones your muscles without putting too much stress on your joints. By working on small, isometric movements, barre trains your body to use your muscles correctly and efficiently, improving your posture and balance. Plus, because of the variety in our workouts, you'll never get bored! Perfect for athletes, dancers, or anyone who wants to challenge themselves both physically and mentally and add some more dynamic movements to their workout.
